| Craig McElhiney is the hotel’s Head Chef. He joins us from the Ivory hotel where he was Head chef for 18 months. Prior to joining the group, Craig worked at Ibrox stadium for some 15 years, where he was head chef for 2 seasons. Craig has also worked at many prominent events such as the Cheltenham Festival. He has an abundance of experience catering for large numbers, and is very committed to delivering fresh cuisine of the finest standard. |
