Classic prawn cocktail, our own hot smoked salmon, shredded veg salad and fennel toast

Baked camembert cheese, cranberry & chestnut chutney, with oat biscuits

Mains

Festive turkey, Yorkshire pudding and homemade stuffing, pigs in blankets with gravy

Medium roast beef, garlic mushroom, roast parsnips puree, peppercorn sauce

Oven baked salmon, herb & pine nut crust, classic butter sauce

Nut loaf wellington, caramelised onion compote and roast butternut

 

*All mains will be served with roast potatoes and traditional vegetables

Spiced apple trifle, with thick fresh custard, Chantilly cream & shortbread

Rich dark chocolate brownie, warm fruit compote with vanilla ice cream
